I’m Christina Romans, and for the past 15 years I’ve had the privilege of helping people reimagine the spaces they live and work in—turning ideas into environments that are both beautiful and deeply personal.

In 2013, I stepped out to launch West Maple Design Consulting with a vision: to create spaces where families gather, guests feel welcome, and design choices reflect the people who live there. Though I was told more than once that the construction world “wasn’t a place for women,” I’ve let that serve as motivation—not limitation. Over time, I’ve built a business that merges design creativity with construction know-how, and I continue to focus on what matters most: the people I serve.

From small renovations to full-home transformations, additions, and new builds, I’ve gained hands-on experience at every stage of the process. My approach is collaborative, client-focused, and detail-driven. I’ve spent years building relationships with trusted vendors, skilled subcontractors, and excellent local professionals who share my commitment to quality craftsmanship and honest work.

My niche lies in walking clients through both the big-picture vision and the smallest of design details—making sure every step of the journey feels clear, cohesive, and exciting.
